Eight years of building India's most trusted multi-vertical institutional advisory practice - from a specialist founding team to an INR 2,100 Cr+ mandate pipeline.
The Genesis. Incorporated as Vivacious Entertainment and Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. in New Delhi. Hit the ground running with a specialist founding team, injecting structured advisory into the vibrant but fragmented Hospitality and Entertainment sectors.
Operational Command. Launched our Hotel Management and Pre-opening vertical - securing inaugural mandates for marquee brands including Cygnett, Regenta, and Radisson, setting a new pace for North Indian hospitality.
Multi-Vertical Expansion. Breaking the silo of single-sector firms, we integrated Real Estate Strategy and Retail Leasing. This cross-pollination created a diversified advisory engine capable of solving complex, high-stakes urban challenges.
Supply Chain Integration. The launch of our HORECA Supplies vertical closed the loop between strategy and reality. By providing end-to-end FF&E, OS&E, and Kitchen Procurement, we became the on-ground engine for hotel pre-openings across India.
The India Gully Identity. Rebranded as India Gully - a name that celebrates Desiness with a global edge. Aggressively scaled our Retail Leasing practice, anchoring our influence with 30+ powerhouse brand relationships in Fashion, F&B, and Entertainment.
Scaling the Pipeline. Growth shifted into high gear with Greenfield Hotel Projects in Hosur, Shirdi, and Goa. Completed the landmark INR 1,350 Cr+ Entertainment City Limited divestment alongside EY - a 100% shareholder-consented transaction. Pioneered the Debt & Special Situations vertical to navigate the market's most complex financial mandates.
The Intelligence Layer. Went fully digital with the India Gully Enterprise Platform (ERP). By integrating advisory management, governance, and HORECA procurement into one proprietary system, we ensured that our Institutional Rigour is now automated and unshakeable.
INR 2,100 Cr+ active advisory pipeline. Prism Tower (INR 400 Cr) and Belcibo Hospitality Platform (INR 100 Cr) mandates added. Co-advisory with EY on mixed-use transactions. Debt & Special Situations vertical scales with distressed hospitality and real estate mandates.
India Gully Investor Relations portal launched. /invest page goes live for qualified institutional investors and family offices. CERT-In OWASP Top-10 security compliance achieved. Eight active mandates across five asset classes.
